Annually, around the Thanksgiving holidays, Shelle Aviation's staff reviews all of the details encountered throughout the course of business for the year. One of the reasons for this policy is to establish the effectiveness of our training model and overall business practices. This evaluation allows us to make adjustments that are deemed necessary to improve the trends we see developing within the company.
During this review, one of the more enjoyable things that we get to do is to try to determine which of our students during the course of that year, might be deemed by us, the most likely candidate to receive a *SPECIAL* or additional incentive discount of their tuition.
There are no formal guidelines for a student to follow in order to qualify or to be selected for this consideration. It is basically determined by how we see the student overall. Of course passing the exams and actually obtaining your license is always considered a good thing.
All that students must do to be considered is to attend one of our classes. Once selected the student is notified and will subsequently receive a check reflecting the additional discount, hopefully, in time for Christmas!
