Each Module is:

(1) Protected via it's own "Login Gateway", (2) Available via individually assigned Student User ID & Password, (3) Available only during that Module presentation within each Class, (4) Monitored to ensure the IP Addresses of computers accessing these Modules
are authorized to do so.

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your User ID and Password. DO NOT allow this information to be shared or to become accessible by ANY other Person, Entity, or Device.

UNLAWFUL OR UNAUTHORIZED USE OR ACCESS OF THESE MODULES CAN LEAD TO LEGAL LIABILITY, AND IS ALSO CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE REVOCATION OF A STUDENTS "GOOD STANDING", AND WILL RESULT IN THE TERMINATION OF SUCH STUDENTS RIGHTS TO ANY FURTHER ACCESS, AND ALSO INDEMNIFY SHELLE AVIATION FROM ANY RECOURSE ON THE PART OF SUCH PERSONS.
