TUITION
Because there are a limited number of "seats" in each class they are made available on a first come first serve basis. We will attempt to accommodate all clients, especially those who have placed themselves on our Registration List. We cannot hold a seat open for students with incomplete enrollment or unpaid tuition.
Tuition does not include testing/examination fees, students pay these fees directly to the testing centers or examiners. Tuition must be paid prior the Registration/Enrollment Deadline. The instructor hosting the class will not be able to allow persons who are not properly enrolled or have not paid all of their tuition, to attend the course. Tuition Payments are accepted in the form of personal check, money order, and cashiers check, or via PayPal on our website. All funds, regardless of payment method, must clear prior to the Registration Deadline. The only possible exception to this policy is mentioned in the Military Allotment section below. Students pay test fees directly to testing centers or examiners.
Military Allotment: Active Duty U.S. Military Personnel having 6 months remaining on active duty as of the Registration Deadline date for their course may use the "Allotment Method" to pay for the balance of their tuition. The first $200 of tuition must be paid up front when using this payment option; it cannot be paid via the allotment. The balance may then be paid via allotment, typically over an additional 3-month period. There is a $25 administrative fee when using this method. All paperwork must be completed by your unit's Finance/Administrative Section, and returned to us prior to the deadline, preferably 1-2 weeks prior, since after the deadline enrollment is closed, and there would be no time to sort out any potential complication regarding the allotment arrangements.
Refunds: Refund requests must be submitted in writing, and be received not later than the Enrollment/Registration Deadline. After that time they become non-refundable. However, even though you will not receive a refund after the enrollment deadline, you will have what is known as "Pre-Registered" status (see below) for one year from your original enrollment deadline date.
Pre-Registered Status: This means that for one year from your original enrollment date you may attend a subsequent class, of the same type, that takes place during the course of that year. You simply need to notify us by the enrollment deadline for the subsequent class you wish to attend, and providing that the contact info we have on file for you is current, you will automatically be added to the class roster for the class you specify and be registered by the enrollment deadline.
Guarantee: If you fail an exam from one of our classes, you may attend for FREE, a subsequent class of the same subjects that takes place within 1 year of your original class date. You simply need to notify us by the enrollment deadline of the subsequent class you wish to attend..
