Services we use for delivering Online Classes are Browser based;
No need to download software to your computer. With High Speed, Wired Internet Access you should be able to participate fully in our classes.
Minimum System Requirements;
Home Computer
Allows participation in Online Classes via the Internet using virtually any modern home computer.
Operating System Requirements for Class Attendance:
Windows; Vista 32/64bit, Windows 7 32/64bit, Windows 8 32/64bit, Windows 8.1 32/64-bit, Windows Server 2008 64-bit, Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit, Windows 10.
Mac; OS X*; 10.7, 10.8, 10.9, 10.10, 10.11.
*Although Apple/Mac computers maybe used to attend the Online Class sessions, They can NOT be used for viewing the DVD study materials, those files must be viewed using the DVD player of a Windows based computer that has Adobe Reader installed on it (Download from Adobe.com) by Selecting your OS, and Language.

Internet Browser
IE; 7, 8 (32-bit/64-bit), 9 (32-bit/64-bit), 10 (32-bit/64-bit), 11 (32-bit/64-bit). Firefox; Latest.Chrome; Latest 32/64bit.
Computer's DVD Player
Allows viewing of DVD Course Materials that students will use outside of normal classroom times. The DVD player must be windows based (Apple/Mac type DVD players are not compatible for viewing DVD materials).
Wired - Internet Service
Allows internet access & class participation ("High Speed, Wired Connection" Required during class)
Webcam
Allows the instructor & other class members to see you.
Headset with Microphone
Allows communication between instructor & other class members, while preventing system feedback.
*Smart phone ear buds that include a microphone may be used if compatible with your computers headphone jack.
